All meals are freshly prepared on Opal Shell from the highest quality local produce available. Meals are 'dinner party' standard, well presented and plentiful. Fresh salads, fruit and vegetables and hot crusty bread are served every day. Barbara's home made deserts, biscuits, cakes & pastries are taste sensations. Freshly brewed coffee and pots of tea are served throughout the day.

Breakfast:

Juice of the Day, Freshly made fruit salad (every day), Selection of cereals, home made yoghurt

Toast, croissants, honey, jams, marmalade etc

Morning Tea:

Warm scones, muffins, tea cake, home made biscotti, choc chip or anzac biscuits

Lunch:

Pasta dishes, quiche, freshly caught fish, anti Pasta platters, home made chutneys

All served with hot crusty bread or rolls and salad

Afternoon Tea:

Home made Cakes & Biscuits

Aperitifs:

Dried fruit & nut selection, crisps, cheeses, pates, dips & vegetable crudités

Sushi or Vietnamese rice paper rolls, Mud Crab or Rock Oyster platter

Dinner:

Weber Roast of Lamb, Pork, Beef or Chicken, Whole Baked Barramundi or Fish of the day

Selection of Asian and European style dishes

All served with fresh salad or vegetables, hot rolls or Barbaras special damper

Deserts:

Home made Mango & Macadamia Nut Ice Cream (or Frozen Yoghurt) with fresh seasonal fruit

Cherry Trifle, Sticky Date Pudding, Crepes, Strudels all served with with Vanilla Ice Cream or Cream

Supper:

Coffee, Herbal Teas, Milo with a treat.
